Aggie Cole Arthur, Batiker

Aggie Cole Arthur, who has just under 10 years of batiking experience and a degree from a fashion design school, is grateful for her opportunity to work with Global Mamas, which she joined in September of 2005. She says that she is happy with her experience so far because of the cooperative's strict quality standards, which have helped her improve her skills. Aggie is also thankful for Global Mamas because of a recent change in her family's situation. A few years ago, Aggie's husband went back to school to receive his Masters in Human Resource Management, leaving Aggie responsible for providing for the family. Aggie, though, is not worried. Aggie knows that her affiliation with Global Mamas, which has resulted in quite an increase in sales, has allowed her husband to continue his education and made it possible for her to take care of their 8-year-old daughter, Felicia.
